- USB cable and stable power source

Flash MeshCore Firmware
- Open the MeshCore Flasher.
- Connect your node via USB.
- Select the firmware role image you want.
- Flash and verify the installed version.
Tip: Do not unplug your node while flashing is in progress.

Connect to Your Node
Connection method depends on the firmware role you flashed.
- BLE Companion: pair with iOS/Android app
- USB Companion: connect through USB web interface
- Repeater / Room Server: configure over USB

Configure Radio and Node Settings
Your firmware image already sets the role. In this step, apply baseline radio and node settings, then tune for your location.
- Region Preset: USA/Canada
- Frequency: 910.525 MHz
- BW/SF/CR: 62.5 kHz, SF7, CR tuned to deployment
- Node Name: Add an identifiable name for local troubleshooting
